To engage in online therapy sessions, we only require that you have a computer, tablet, or phone with a video camera and an Internet connection. These factors ensure that we will be able to communicate effectively while not being physically in the same space. Additionally, you must live in the state of California to meet with one of our online therapists. However, if you live in the state and go on a trip, we are still able to meet with you while away.

Within the first 2 to 3 sessions, you will complete the intake process in which your therapist will necessary information to create a strong and accurate treatment plan for you. Our online therapists accept all major forms of payment. Due to our desire to make sure you have ultimate privacy and wanting and the highest level of care possible without constraints from managed care, we are out-of-network providers for all insurance panels. Therefore, we are not affiliated with any insurance panel. Many PPO plans may reimburse you in full or in part for our therapists’ services. Unfortunately, HMO, Medi-Cal, and Medicare insurances do not reimburse as they require that you see someone on their panel.
