Therapy with Cindy is all about connection—connecting yourself back to who you are and fostering healthier connections and relationships with the people in your life. Cindy’s goal in therapy is to collaboratively figure out how the ways that you’re thinking and feeling about yourself and other people are feeding into the disconnect you are experiencing. She offers individual and couple’s therapy to adults. Cindy is working towards licensure and is supervised by Dr. Menije.

Araksi is most likely the first person you'll speak to at Embracing You Therapy practice. Araksi is in her senior year of undergraduate school at California State University Northridge and is working towards receiving her degree in Psychology. After graduate school, she hopes to pursue a career as a Marriage and Family Therapist. Through her experience working in the health industry as well as working with children, she has discovered a passion for helping people be the absolute best versions of themselves. Araksi is fluent in both English and Armenian. When you come to couples counseling with me, the two of you will resolve past pain and clear the way for a better connection.
