Therapy offered in: English

As a native Angeleno with Cuban roots, I strive to create a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen and supported. I believe we are wired for connection and that many of life’s struggles emerge when we feel disconnected from ourselves, the people we love, or the parts of our story that need understanding and care. I received a B.A. in Psychology from California State University Dominguez Hills and completed my M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy with a specialization in trauma from Pacific Oaks College. My work is grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), attachment theory, and psychodynamic principles, helping clients make sense of their emotions, relationship patterns, and deeper needs. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where meaningful change can occur, not through fixing who you are, but through developing a deeper relationship with yourself and the people who matter most.

I work with couples who want to strengthen their bond, navigate conflict more effectively, rebuild trust, or create greater emotional intimacy. I also work with individuals experiencing OCD, anxiety, depression, and relationship concerns. Together, we explore the patterns that keep you feeling stuck while building greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and new experiences of safety and connection. For individuals struggling with OCD and anxiety, I integrate evidence-based approaches such as Exposure and Response Prevention alongside attachment-focused and insight-oriented work to help clients develop a different relationship with fear, uncertainty, and self-doubt.

What does therapy for individual or couple session cost?

Therapy for individual or couple is a fee for service program, and I accept all major forms of payment. Please visit the Payment and Insurance tab under Getting Started for my session fees.

Due to my desire to make sure you maintain maximum privacy and wanting to provide you with the highest level of care possible without constraints from managed care, I am an out-of-network provider for all insurance panels; therefore, I am not affiliated with any insurance panel. Many PPO plans may reimburse in full or in part for my services. Unfortunately, HMO, Medi-Cal, and Medicare insurances do not reimburse as they require that you see someone on their panel.

Where and when can I schedule my first session?

My office is conveniently located at 21031 Ventura Blvd Suite #316, Woodland Hills, CA 91364. I also offer tele-therapy to residence of California.

I also serve Calabasas, Agoura Hills, Tarzana, Encino, and the surrounding communities.
