As a therapist, Clara believes in the power of therapy and its ability to create a unique and much-needed nonjudgmental space for self-expression and growth. Her goal for any client or couple is to meet you exactly where you are to move forward with strength and authenticity. No matter how depressed, discouraged, or anxious you may be, she believes in your ability to know yourself, heal yourself, and grow yourself.

With genuine warmth and kindness, Clara brings a culturally sensitive and client-centered approach to her work with couples and teens, combining evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Positive Psychology, and Narrative Therapy. During your time together, Clara will support your ability to tune into yourself to live more authentically and build a deeper relationship with yourself and others.
