As a native Angeleno with Cuban roots, I am passionate about helping others heal, grow, and reconnect with their most authentic selves. I believe therapy provides a powerful space where people can safely explore their inner world, gain insight, and move toward meaningful change. I received a B.A. in Psychology from California State University Dominguez Hills and completed my M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy with a specialization in trauma from Pacific Oaks College. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are, walk alongside you as you navigate life’s challenges, and help you build a deeper sense of self-understanding and connection. No matter how overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck you may feel, I believe in your ability to heal, grow, and cultivate a life rooted in authenticity and resilience.

Michele Sneed is a registered Associate with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (AFMT 149655) and is under direct clinical supervision with Dr Menije Boduryan-Turner (Psy#26351).
