Current Open Position Details:
Unlicensed Therapist
We are seeking an unlicensed therapist to join our team a minimum of 3 days per week in-person (10-14 hours) with the option to increase hours. The days must be Wednesday (must include evenings), Friday, and half-day on Saturday.
The position would allow an individual to learn how to work in a private practice setting while gaining hours toward licensure. The position requires one evening (until 8 pm) and one shift (5hrs) on the weekend. This is an IN-PERSON position. Must be coming to the office in Woodland Hills at least three days out of the week. The practice has a beautiful office space facing Ventura Boulevard, a waiting room, and Wi-Fi.

Position Benefits
- This position is a W-2 position with accrued paid sick time.
- Weekly In-house 1:1 supervision and weekly 1hr of group supervision.
- $20/hour for non-clinical hours for tasks such as note-writing, staff meetings, supervision, and training.
- $40/hr for clinical hours.

Position Requirements
- Completed Master’s or Doctorate degree in Psychology with the intention to become licensed in CA (required)
- Are a licensed Psychologist, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Psychological Assistant, or Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (required)
- Have a strong conceptualization in behavioral and cognitive therapies
- Are able to attend and participate in weekly staff meetings and group supervision with Executive Director and clinical team
- Have availability to be in the office Wednesday, Friday, and half-day on Saturday, plus one evening
- Have an ideal history of long-term employment and infrequent job-hopping, with proven record of puncutality.
- Have your own malpractice insurance
- Able to collaborate with other clinical team members.
- Open to the opportunity to participate in OCD and anxiety awareness events, training/presentations, and conferences.
- Must be skilled in multicultural counseling, working with adults on personal development, anxiety, and relationship issues.
- Ability to provide collaborative and outcome-based therapy to individuals.
- Must have strong clinical skills as well as be self-motivated, enthusiastic, hard-working, and highly ethical.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
Who You'll Be Working WIth:
As a therapist of our group practice, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients. We see , teens (13 and up) adults, and couples within the practice.
Our clients can be dealing with ADHD symptoms, OCD, anxiety, depression, relational struggles, and life transition issues.
We use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) Therapy, and A Comprehensive Model for Behavioral Treatment (ComB), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) models.
